Got a new job offer - trading 1 stress for another?

My job now makes me miserable. Really screwed up my mental health and the environment is very toxic. I hate my coworkers and manager.

I got an offer for a job in another department. I was excited at first but now Im nervous. I lose the guaranteed work at home days and my yearly bonus that I get at my current job. The department is understaffed but the manager is really chill. The work would be harder, but great resume booster. I would also be the only female. Should I take the job?
