Hello, so in the job search, I’ve gotten invites for second interviews and these terms were used often but are there any differences between a follow-up interview versus a second interview? I have a follow up interview with the same person who interviewed me, while for a different position, a “second interview” was with a new person. Do they basically mean the same thing?
