Cost of commute?

I currently work 3 miles from home. But the pay is low, no benefits or pto and it’s only 30 hours a week.

I’m interviewing for a corporate job 22 miles away. I’m not sure what benefits it will come with but I’m sure it will.

How can I calculate if the commute is worth the raise? Any suggestions? I’m so torn on what to do bc I need a better job but don’t want to lose my raise to commuting either.
