I cant seem to find "Online Sales" jobs

I manage the online sales department for a company that makes over 5 million dollars in sales a year just through online sales.

I'm currently getting paid 30k a year and need more due to a growing family. All of my friends and family say there are jobs out there paying at least 40k a year doing what I do but all I've seen are jobs at car dealerships.

I would love to hear any ideas of similar jobs I could look for.
