Wide range in years of experience on job description...how do I make sure I'm getting paid for top of range?

Job offer in hand, but the job description called for someone with 8-15 years of experience. How can I ensure that the salary offered is for the top of range, of which I do have in years (and skills)? (Note also that the company came to me, not the other way around)
