First job after college not 100% relevant to field?

What was your first job after college (and your major)? I graduated in the spring and landed a job a couple months later. I graduated with a bs in marketing. The job is with one of the most well known companies in the US and is a fortune 50 comoany. The job title is marketing support, but I really don't do any real marketing stuff, especially even compared to my internship I did. Would it be advisable to stay for a little longe because of the company name and job title, or if I get offered something more relavant but at a local or smaller company, should I take that?
