In a bit of a dilemma... i usually interview at companies every year just to keep myself fresh and also to see what employers are looking for one the job market. A recruiter randomly emailed me on linked in...: went in for two in-person interviews. Cool. They wanted me to come in for a 3rd interview i declined because I was just doing it for shits and giggles.
The hiring manager called me and said they would come to me. Caught me off guard so I said the hell why not. Free lunch. Long story short they offered me a hell of deal $93,000 + $3500 sign on bonus + 15 % bonus semi-annual.
At my current job I make $80,000 with a 9% bonus.
The dilemma. I really love my current job. Everybody super chill its an old company so nobody is competitive. By the way i’m 27 if that matters. The new company seems fine and the people there are nice.
