Radio Silence - Do I Follow Up?

I recently applied to my dream job two weeks ago after they were happy with my portfolio and had me take a test. He told me going into the test it would take some time to review. Okay.

One week later he reached out to me and apologized for being so busy, but he would get to the test ASAP. That was a week ago and I haven't heard anything since. Do I follow up or keep waiting? Is no news really a good sign or a bad one?
