I quit my job working at a dairy farm for 11 years. I started working there after dropping out of community college. I didn't know what I want to do with my life. After a year of hard work I was promoted to a supervisor position, and since then I have kept climbing and got to be co-manager of a 6,000 cow farm.
Low milk prices, shortage of employees caused the job to be so stressful. I dreaded waking up to go to work as it consumed my life. I would wake up at 4 am and come home at 8 pm daily for months, with emergency calls at night. I decided I needed a change.
After months, I finally snapped and told the owner i would give him a month to find my replacement. I know I can get a job in the dairy industry, but I want a change in career. Which brings me back to where I was 11 years ago. I have no idea what to do. No degree, but I have 10 years of management. I'm bilingual in Spanish and am technologically inclined.
Any advise so job searching would be appreciated
