My job as a 16 year old

Hey guys. I just got hired at a restaurant in a very nice area and it was pretty easy to get the job. I got hired as a server assistant. My pay is 4/hr+ 2% of the stores revenue. I don't know if that means the revenue from the hours I worked or from the whole day? My duties include cleaning tables, collecting dishes, serving people, etc. I don't know if I'm gonna be getting tips for that but I was wondering what you guys think and if the pay is decent. I'm pretty broke btw.
