Interviewing with same firm second time but different position, how would I answer why I applied for this position?

I interviewed with a firm 2-3 months back for a position I did not get. I applied for different position with the same firm few weeks back and I got email saying since I already interviewed with them they just need my college transcripts plus I have a phone interview with the same HR person coming up.

I was super interested in the previous role and I think I let them know that. So how will I answer "why this role?" I can't tell it's because I didnt get that last role, even thought it's kinda implied. Personally I wanna be part for this firm very much and also this industry, so I'm not too hung up on roles yet as along as I can find good use for my skills. Also any tips or advice going back to same firm for another interview for another position?

Additionally I'm changing industry, my current work is in IT and this other firm I applied for is insurance. How can in answer "why do you wanna change industry?" question properly? I really wanna be part of this industry since graduating, personally. Should I tell something like that or add something to it?
