First of all I will answer the question why I want to quit it. When I was in job interview they told me what I will have to do, but amounts of it they did't say. So now I have 90% of labor work I don't like to do and 10% of job I like to do. There is unhealthy amount of work that no1 is able to make in time and everyone is crying that don't have time at all. People in this company are much older than me (I'm in my 20's). Salary is decent I guess with my experience. Company director is very friendly guy he paid bonuses and etc. So now I just took part in huge project and I have too much labor work to participate in it as I want. So I think I will leave this job at the end of this project maybe 2 weeks before it ends I will my director that I will leave my job position after project ends.
What u think is this a good plan? Or should i leave it now?
