Graduated with a BSc in Forensics in the UK - still unemployed after 8 months. Do I have any prospects?

Achieved a 2:1 that I'm quite proud of since I didn't consider myself to be academic growing up.

I've applied for roles in the police that don't want anything to do with me. I've applied for jobs for the HMRC with no avail. Other civil service jobs too that don't really align with my degree.

Feeling hopeless. What are my possible prospects? I've had supervisor jobs in the restaurant industry and leadership roles in warehouse jobs too - I had these jobs while I was studying but again they don't align with my degree.
