Got a raise and bonus via email (I work remotely). Do I respond to HR email, or what?

The title pretty much says it, but I work remotely so I can't pop into an office to say thanks. My HR manager emailed me the official attachment saying what I wag rewarded, and I'm just not sure of the etiquette on who I thank and what to say or if I say nothing? I also have a manager I work with online daily who didn't decide those things but probably influenced the decision. We just had our review though and he knows I'm happy and grateful to be here.
