What to wear for second interview?

I have a second interview for a junior communications position with a health center. My first interview, I wore a suit and tie. I felt a bit overdressed because my interviewers were both in more casual clothes - if I recall correctly, they both were in jeans.

Would business casual, like a nice button up shirt and slacks, be appropriate for the second interview? Or should I still dress up?
