So I’ve been interviewing for a position in another city for 3 months. Last Monday I was flown to do some final in person interviews. I thought I did pretty well and nothing went obviously wrong, but I think I’m pretty under qualified for what they are looking for. Today, a week later, I sent a follow up email to the hiring manager who I had been corresponding with throughout the process and.... haven’t heard anything. Then I looked on Glassdoor and the position had been posted again a few hours ago. I really would love to have this job but is that a sign that I didn’t get it? I mostly just wish they would tell me so I could know if I can smoke again. Idk anyone who’s seen the job they’ve been interviewing get posted again and still get the job?
