How long after my initial interviews should I wait to follow up?

I interviewed for my first job position at a hospital ~ 2 weeks ago. I still haven’t heard anything back. How long should I wait to follow up? Will they let me know via phone or email (or mail) whether I did or did not get the job? I’ll mention I had 2 interviews with this hospital, so I guess I did somewhat ok.

I already called once, a few days after my interview just updating them with my available schedule. Would it be pushy or obnoxious to give them another call?
