Sending Thank You Notes to WeWork Space?

I had a phone interview with HR yesterday and a video interview with someone today. Typically, I send brief thank you emails after interviews, then write a personal thank you note and mail it in to each person I spoke with.

However, this company operates out of a WeWork space and they are not always in the office. They do have a physical address and floor number for the space on their website. Should I mail thank you notes to this address, and hope it ends up in the right hands?
