How to identify what other jobs you qualify for besides the one you are currently in?

I work in the manufacturing world. More specifically automotive components. I work in the production maintenance side and have plenty of experience. My question is, if I am looking to change my "career" or simply my job title in a similar industry, how am I to know what I qualify to do? I.E. Supervisory roles, consulting, etc. With the experience I have I see myself in some sort of consulting role or something of that nature. I don't really know where to start in the process of searching for a job with the skills I have. If anybody wants to view my resume' and give me some pointers, and/or direction. That would really help me out.
