How do you decide 'enough is enough'?

I've been at a new job for a year (I've been qualified in my field for 8-9 years, jobs are extremely easy to come by but this is on the higher end of the pay scale, close to the ceiling for the job role). I took the job because of the pay, the name on my cv and some good training opportunities

I hate it. The work is boring, its very lonely compared to usual jobs in the field which are actually quite social, im starting to get anxious at work, im not sleeping as well as i used to.

Im not sure about jumping jobs after just 1 year. Ive not gotten the most out of the training aspect of it that i can and pretty much any role i leave to in my industry will be a pay drop of at least £5k a year if not more. The other thing is that on paper this is actually a really good job and is a slightly unusual but useful/applicable skillset

How do you/would you decide whether to stick it out for a bit longer? What are your 'i must leave immediately' triggers?
