Desperate for a job

I’m posting on behalf of my friend. She’s currently homeless and has been job-hunting but is turned down because she doesn’t have an ID (although she has a birth certificate) and to get an ID, she needs proof of address. To give context, she lives near Mexico City. We are absolutely desperate. Is there any way she and her parent and uncle who are with her can find work ASAP? If you know anyone in the area, can they help us by putting a good word in for them? She has worked before and she’s bright and hardworking, just in a very tough situation and a tough place right now. Thank you so much for anything you can do
