Are there any resources that help me find a career that would make me happy and guides me down the path towards it?

I’m a 26year old college drop out. I work security and construction but I’m sick of being poor and need to find a career that can support my family and keep me happy. I’m looking for guidance. I feel like I am intelligent and a quick learner and I’m open to school again. Any guidance is very appreciated.
