Had an interview on Friday, and received an email today from HR.

I am happy to say you have been selected to continue to the next step of our hiring process. This involves a management review of the top internal and external candidates and how they could potentially fit in our organizational structure. This will likely happen sometime toward the end of the week however a final decision could still be a little ways off.
