I may be getting a job at a poultry plant. Are they all as bad as people say?

I got called to come in for an interview at a poultry plant where they breed, slaughter, and process turkeys. I own my own chickens that I use for eggs and we have slaughtered some in the past but I believe in doing so humanely. I love animals and even volunteer at a shelter. The pay is good but I'm worried it will be as bad as those videos where they are kept in poor condition and killed inhumanely. I really don't want to get my hopes up for a job and end up walking out because I don't think I could work in a place like that. Are they all like this?
