Communicating to potential employers I want to start new position immediately (or leaving a job you hate asap)

TLDR: I hate my job and want to leave without notice for fear of them working me (lone employee) even harder because they are probably going out of business. How to tell appropriately tell this to interviewers/potential new employers?

Hey all, I really want to leave my current job without any notice. It's basically a warehouse position for a online retailer. I've come to absolutely hate this job.

I'm sure this company is shutting down/going out of business, but they are not telling me anything. For example, I'm literally the only employee left after working here for 3 years. Before this year there was always at least one other person working, usually two others. I knew it was a small company when I joined but now there's no one other than my two bosses.

Another sign the company is in trouble is that we never receive any new merchandise and are always short on supplies.

My biggest concern is that if I give the usual two weeks notice, they might work me even harder than they have been, to squeeze what they can out of me. Which is why I want to tell potentiality new employers I want to start immediately. How can I tell people I want to leave for a new position immediately appropriately?

One interviewer, for a full time position, asked when I could start and I said in 1 to 2 weeks as to give the impression that I would be giving 2 weeks notice, but I really wanted to say as soon as possible. My plan if getting hired here would be to just say I'm giving notice, don't and then work until my start date and just leave.

In a different interview, for a part time position, I told them that my current job would be flexible in scheduling, which isn't really true. They used to be flexible, but now that I'm the only person working, I don't see them granting me flexibility.

I would appreciate any comments or advice on the topic, or if you've been in a similar situation and how you handled it. Thanks
