And the next day it is reposted. This really does seem to just be a game. I am more than qualified (having done nearly the same job for another local govt. agency for 3 + years in an even higher, more difficult role), and did not ask for more than they are offering, and was listed as 'being considered' for two months. This is why people get so discouraged. I am also over 50, so I really do think that may be a factor.
