I'm a barber, and i found a job in a hairdressing salon, i was one week working with 50/50 for each cut, there were very few customers, and i wanted to quit that job, they told me i was a very talented barber and didn't want to lose me, so they told me if i wanted a fixed salary (it's not rentable for them right now, maybe in a few months), i accepted, but now i feel under pressure, because they want me to be more talkative with the customers and sell them products, i'm very introverted, it's very hard to me, and i don't want to do it because there are so bad and expensive products, there are so few customers so, i have so much free time, and they want me to promote the salon in the street, i'm not a promoter just a barber (and i'm very introverted), i have to help him in anything he does (not barber, hairdressing related), and i feel like shit when i don't have any work, because they pay me a fixed salary, and they are not a multinational, they are a little bussiness and they lose money if i have no customers, i feel like they are doing me a favor, and i really feel the boss doesn't want me here.
