Retail companies need employees but won’t respond to my application

I’ve worked retail for almost 4 years but when I apply to new places while still working and I’m a shift supervisor at my current place while training a new manager after being the manager pretty much for 3 months short staffed all while going to school and I only need to leave 4pm 3 nights a week for trade school these places don’t wanna even look at applicants I’ve never gone to an interview and didn’t get the job I went from $12 a hour to $15 a hour at my current job in 1 year and 6 months cause I can do 3 jobs at once at my job you fuckers saying you need employees but don’t want to give people a chance it’s so fucked the job market
