I have managed multiple social media pages that became one of the biggest in a country(GDP top 7 country) that I used to live in. Came back to US (am a citizen). In no means I'm trying to brag whatsoever, I just wonder what other experience companies need...
The niche was in sports industry, I was able to gain over 550,000 of pure organic followers that became the country's biggest sports community within 4 years. On top of that I had another soccer page that hit 100,000 within one year and 170,000k within the second (Facebook popularity started to decrease).
And during the management, I collabed with one of the biggest banks, major traveling agency, universities in the capital of the country and even PUMA. Get offers from Nike, Coca Cola and etc. And that was when I was only like 20-21.
BUT, I can't land a single job and gets rejected everytime. I really wonder why. I have no bachelor's degree (but will get it in two years), no certificates other than Google Analytics. Can anyone tell me why? I'm not even looking for a high salary. In fact, when they asked me for my preferred salary, I told them below the average too.
