Venting about my annoying job

I work in HR and there’s another person in The same role as me. That person makes more money than me which is understandable bc they have been there longer and have more experience, however I receive EVERY project. They are never tasked with an extra project. I get every single one which is fine because I like the experience but if I’m going to be taking on more you’d think they’d pay me the same if not almost similar. I can’t wait until I can look for a new job it’s just getting frustrating especially now that I have other things I need to get done.
