Background checks

I got an internship in a finance related position. They will be doing background checks and fingerprint. However, my concern is I have had juvenile records sealed and expunged, but I’m wondering if they would be able to find out?

I did a rap sheet myself in 2019 through fingerprint, and it stated I did not have any records.

Should I be open and honest or just go through with it with prayers and hopes? Technically since it’s expunged, I can legally deny I’ve been convicted.

Any advice?
