Sending in a resignation email

I plan on sending a resignation email to my boss tomorrow before my shift and was wanting feedback on the structure and what exactly to put in the email and/or how to go about it.

Manager,

After much consideration I have decided that I will be resigning my current position as a (job title). My last day will be 12/31/21 (or another date).
