Just started as a temp, can I take short leave for surgery?

I got my first assignment last month everything is going well. I’ve been thinking about getting a specific plastic surgery procedure done since last year, so this is not a required urgent surgery. I don’t want to build a bad rapport with my current job site and agency. If I schedule my surgery say May or June would I be fine by doing so?

Edit: The procedure done would only take a week to heal, so that wouldn’t be much time out of work
