One of the higher-ups might be stealing my work

I work off of production quotas. Every major completed task in the has a point value.

For instance, when we have to send something to a higher-up we get a point.

I was reviewing my work at the end of the day, and I noticed that one of the higher-ups had undone my completion and taken the point for the work instead, returning my work and regenerating the complete button This takes the point away from me, even though, I made the call and prepared everything else. They do have the option to return it for correction, and get a point for themselves. Instead, the higher-up sent it to another higher-up for approval...

I have seen this a couple of times before from the same two people. Im not sure if this is anything to raise concern over. There may be something going on that I'm not seeing.

It does piss me off though because I'm going not getting credit for my work. It's one point, but it's about an hour's worth of work. Now instead of being over my numbers, I'll most likely be under for the day.
