I 21f have been working since mid 2019. And every job i've had hasn't worked out
My first job was at an art department, and I was admittedly irresponsible (first ever job). I eventually lost that job when covid shut down my school. The department still hasn't fully recovered
My second job was at walmart on one of those cash registers. I wasn't learning things at the pace they wanted, and fired me for essentially asking questions. Had no prior experience, and the guy insulted me cruelly over the phone when he fired me. Spent most of my time by carts anyway, and only had three weeks there before they dropped me - after agreeing to a training session.
My next job was as a school front desk/proctor during covid, and I quit due to mental health reasons. I couldn't keep up with the countless emails with my mental state
I worked at Panera for six months, but quit because of the bossy coworkers and the really hard labor I had to do.
I don't know if I am stupid or defective. But I really wish I could find something that sticks
