Need help here

So I posted earlier about a job interview I did but I couldn’t get the job because of lack of experience, then I was told I should come in for internship. Now I spoke with them today and they were like the internship might not work but they asked what I can do then they said they will create another job posting and the job description will include what I told them so that I can apply for that new position. What does this mean guys
