A job application is asking if I'm "disabled" because they are required to have 7% of their work force fit into a "disabled" population . They have "Psychiatric condition, for example, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, or major depression" listed. I was diagnosed with ADHD a couple years ago, yes it is officially documented by a psychiatrist. Should I check the box for being disabled? I would only want to do so if it will help my chances with this application, otherwise I wouldn't really want anyone to know that information honestly. What should I do?
