Advice for a 20 year old

Hello I am 20 years old male and I am looking for a new job I currently work from home remote call center. But the job is kind of changing and I was lied too about the hours we had to chose for our shifts plus the workout they are doubling for us. I have my barbers license as well as my class d in security. Any advice for a new job? I don’t mind going into the work place! I just want a decent job where I can make decent money and time goes by fast. My job everyday more and more I get upset and I dread going. I am not going to quit without a back up plan. Any tips or advice would be appreciated I’m not complaining I just want to find a better opportunity.
