Within 5 years, the department I work in went from 100% Americans to 90% Indian visa workers and I'm having a hard time adjusting

I work in the tech sector for a fairly large company as a senior level database admin. When I first started working here, it went very smoothly and communication was a breeze. I got along great with everybody and we crushed our deliverables every quarter.

However, over the years...I've noticed a major shift in our hiring process. More and more temporary contract workers started coming in and replacing people who retired or left. Pay has stagnated for everyone and looking through our job listings, our salaries for US workers aren't very competitive. It's likely that our company started cutting costs by outsourcing contractors, and I've heard it's getting common everywhere.

It's gotten to the point where about 9 in 10 people working in our department are on a visa from India. I have nothing against Indians, as I've gotten along with many of them - but there's a communication barrier that makes it a lot harder to work together as a team. Most of them are much slower in understanding our projects (though, it's probably a language barrier if anything). Over the past few months, we even started pushing back our deployment dates because we couldn't meet the deadlines on time.

I'm feeling an immense amount of pressure from my boss during this time as well, and I've been spending my weekends fixing a lot of errors. I've even started scheduling meetings every Sunday afternoon for the past 3 months to help our new workers catch up.

I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm working all the time now, constantly checking my emails, always triple-checking our code on the weekends, etc. I have no social life anymore. However, the pay is fairly good for my area, but I haven't gotten a raise in 3 years either. Plus, I'm on my way to receiving a pretty hefty compensation package if I stay for 4 more years, but I don't know if I can handle it. Just not sure what to do.
