“We tend to move quickly, expect to hear back in a few days”

I had a final round panel interview with 5 people last Wednesday. I feel as though it went very well, about 2 hours long, I asked a lot of questions about the job and they seemed very interested.

At the end of the interview as I was getting walked out, the hiring manager told me “we usually move pretty quick, expect to hear a decision in a few days”. A few hours later, they added me on LinkedIn. Does this sound positive or neutral from your experience?
