I am beyond burnt out

24F, I really used to love my job, but now the thought of working that job causes me to shut down completely. My work is mostly remote right now, for a small company (5 of us total working with various clients) but I am so tired and I’m really not making enough money. I love who I work with, I really do care for them and I know they care about me - we’re all pretty close, but I can’t do this anymore.

I feel bad for wanting to quit but I don’t think this job is the right fit for me. Part of me thinks I’d be weak to quit, that I should power through this burn out, but I don’t think I can keep working this job. I don’t find any joy in it anymore, but I’m having trouble letting go. How should I handle leaving my job?
