Unpaid hours for one day what to do

Hello all so I got a seasonal job as a state employee I twice and the second time I worked one single day before being told my college was going back to in person schooling and I had no choice but to go back and tell my work on last moments notice. So normally pay day is today and nothing hit my account and I forgot last time I was working to sign my hour slip. What do I do now they never said anything to me and I emailed the GM an hour ago reminding my hours worked and how I will be paid for it. Am I required to have to go in and sign my time sheet or since I quit are they not legally supposed to give it to me no matter what?
