Offered a position as “Season casual” at micheal hills through indeed. Wondering if i should take the opportunity or not.

i received feedback on my resume from a talent acquisition, they mentioned that they liked my resume and were impressed with my skills, etc. the thing is, ive heard from reviews on other jewelry stores that employees are gossipy, and its a competitive environment. i dont know if that would be a good fit for me as i don’t really like competing with others, and i dont like negative people. should i take this opportunity? for reference im 16, advice/feedback appreciated:)
