I've been employed in this company for about 6 years, there have been ups and downs before (especially during the pandemic) but now I have a nagging feeling something is very wrong. Our team is seriously understaffed, so much so we are having to send work to third parties, and the company simply hasn't even started looking for new employees (no job openings in the website or linkedin). The main red flag I read for sinking ships is losing clients, but we actually have more client (big ones) and more projects, and they are opening branches in other countries. This situation has been going on for several months, and we have done so much overtime. Due to language skills they can't divert our projects to other branches, and internally we are able to complete projects at a fraction of what they are paying to third parties, so I don't understand what is happening. I don't know how much of a red flag this is, should I jump ship?
