Questions to ask future colleagues (in the role I would be in)

I have the opportunity to meet with a couple of people that are working in the role I’m applying for (I.e, not management or the interviewers) but who would be my colleagues.

I’ve never been able to chat with colleagues before an offer.. what are good questions to ask them? Note: the hiring manager will be at the meeting as well.
