Job for foreign middle aged mother

Hello everyone, I could use some help regarding finding my mom a new job. She is foreign, has very poor English (does speak Spanish) with no type of education from her home land. She has worked in the same factory for about 25 years however she has been developing chronic pain from the repetitive nature of her job in her arms. She has been receiving steroid injections but they only do so much.

That being said, I’m trying to find her a new job but it’s proving more difficult than I anticipated for her. Anyone have any ideas of what I can look into?
