Like seriously I don’t like snitching on people and overseeing their activities. I want a clear outline of what my daily tasks are and want to do them well everyday. I hate having to improvise and lead meetings etc. the pay is good been at this job for a couple of months in a made up position and nobody not least myself knows what the heck my position is and I can never get a clear answer on what they’re doing
I knew I hated it in the first couple of weeks but was encouraged to stick with it for the money
Since then I can’t sleep at night and have anxiety everyday. Not meeting up with or meeting up with friends and family.
I’m working from home and maybe spend 2 hours working a day trying and the rest of my day just following along
If I go back to my old job I will disappear t my family and get a lower salary and be more comfortable and much happier but not have as good of pay.
Is it with it to stick it out and torture myself or move on to higher workload with Lower pay but more concrete duties where I can at least feel effective
