I'm assuming that the top tier of the salary is for people with both experience + higher education but I ONLY have experience. Im very qualified for this position with years of experience so I think it's fair to ask for the middle range salary since I only have an AA degree... But I've been told to just ask for the highest they offer so I'm not sure now.
