How am I suppose to get a job? How?

I'm still homeless. I'm trying to get a job. I can't though. Most said I need a house or apartment before I consider working with them. How am I suppose to do that? I have no income. How. Please tell me. I collapsed in the middle of two interviews. Needleless to say I Didn't get a call back from them. I've been donating plasma to be able to eat and have my phone. But because I'm starting to have extremely high pulse rates making me not able to donate sometimes. Besides the point How am I suppose to get a job when no one will give me the time of day? I have been to several job fairs. Not even pyramid scheme companies want me. Why are homeless not allowed jobs?
