Hiring manager added me on LinkedIn after final interview?

I had a final-round panel interview for a mid-level office job at a corporate HQ last Tuesday. The interview seemed to go well, mostly just a conversation with me asking a lot of hypothetical/problem solving questions and the team answering very excitedly.

A few hours after the interview, the hiring manager sent me a connection request on LinkedIn. Everything I’ve ready about the company online shows they tend to move very quickly. Should I read into this or is it just a common occurrence?
